For Max phase, the supplements are all the same throughout, so saving myself the hassle and skipping those. Whatever I took yesterday, assuming to took the rest of the days. 😉
First thing, with my supplement pack, my Spark and Catalyst:
Breakfast:

Egg salad made with avocado and some tomatoes on the side.
Exercise- went to stretchy yoga class. My legs are still super tight!
Lunch-

Dinner:
Lemon pepper chicken, roasted sweet potato and cauliflower soup.
Evening snack:
1 egg, carrots, salsa yogurt dressing
