Day 9

Waking up to spark instead of coffee is feeling pretty routine now. I still miss coffee, but not as much as I thought I would. 


Breakfast-


Snack-

Lunch-

Afternoon pick me up-

Exercise- took the boys for a walk in the double stroller, before picking up big brother. Ran some of it because I realized we were running late. Total it was about 3 miles. 

Afternoon snack-


Exercise- went to the gym to get out of the house, did 45 minutes on elliptical.

Dinner- 
So delicious!! Chicken and Asparagus Lemon Stir Fry

Evening snack-

Mixed berries and avocado
